Manage Your Business With Microsoft Dynamics Crm

By Sayed Ally

Microsoft Dynamics CRM has played a very important role for business in managing employees, improved customer service, and improved ability to make good choices relating to the business operation. Now you can manage your business with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and reap the full benefit.

Microsoft CRM will provide your company with complex reports based on the data youve collected and you can analyze that data to make decisions about future marketing strategies, product lines, and a host of other important data.

Microsoft CRM view functionality will allow managers and users at all levels to develop their own screen views of data. This is a very handy feature. Lets say a customer service rep only needs to see name appointment times, and comments, then he/she could set up a screen view that shows just that data. It means each user can see information that is relevant to them making it much easier to work with and mangers can see it all if they so desire.

The enhanced integration with Excel is also a real bonus allowing users to export their own views. Again rather than having to weed through information that is of no value to that user they can work with only the data that is important to them.

And to make your reporting and analysis capabilities that much better we have the Excel pivot table which provides a live link to CRM so you are working with real time data. With the pivot table you can choose which fields you want to see in your report, as well as design the report just the way you want it to look.

You can refresh the data as often as you want with real time data. Excel allows for quick report generation to answer quick business questions. Whats great about this functionality is that you dont have to bother the database administrator to create reports.

When you incorporate SQL Reporting Services you get better business management because you can track the key performance indicators essential to every business.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM provides many out of the box sales reports but in general each sales manager is looking for data in a different format and it would be impossible for Microsoft to incorporate every option. But the SQL Reporting Services is the perfect platform for creating those in-depth custom reports. After you create the reports they are directly available in Microsofts CRM which is ever so convenient. You can even embed links if you like.

Microsoft CRM also integrates with Outlook and Word which means youve got a whole lot of power right at your fingertips. And since Microsoft Office is the most used software package and its found in almost every office its ever so convenient to intergrade your CRM software with your Office software.

When you take it into your hands to manage your business with Microsoft Dynamics CRM youll have put power into your business and with power and control comes increased profits.
