How can I reduce the dwell time at my call center?

In order to support more customers you should
reduce the dwell time in call centers. You
can either add more fully trained call center
agents or you can consider these following
guides:
- You can consider adding more workload to
your agents
- Create groups to handle specific products
- Divide the products you support to
easily manageable groups
If you can find a way to encourage callers
to call at less busy hours, do it.
