Need CRM solution for recommendations for a small but growing consulting firm?
Can you answer JNYZ's question about CRM?:
We are an organizational performance consulting firm. About 20 consultants in the field, just over $4mil in revenue. Currently use Excel but it's getting way too cumbersome and we need to get a CRM solution. Recommendations? Currently looking at Entellium, ACT, Microsoft's CRM - any suggestions?

I haven't used anything but Microsoft's CRM, it's a little cumbersome to learn how to use, but overall, I think it's pretty useful.
Hi:
You can look at SugarCRM
It is catching up much faster.
SugarCRM provides many features and has both free version as well as commercial version. Both of them are open source.
With Warm Regards
