From experienced Mainframe IT professional to Siebel CRM?
Can you answer counal1's question about CRM?:
I have 9 years exp in mainframe Tech. Is it good for me to move to Siebel CRM. Is it a right move @ this time. what is the scope for Siebel CRM and how long this will be good in the industry. Under Siebel, which area is good now.
