CRM is a vey good and booming area. Good to lean that course. Go fo it. and then you might be knowing well about the top CRM products in the market, like:-
SAP-CRM, Siebel CRM, Oracle CRM etc and even MS CRM. Learn any of those top products and your career will have a bright future..!!..
depends on the reason why u want to take up this course.
if you have job experiences, you might want to take up cos this will enhance your job experience. if you are new to working world, go get some experiences first to have a better understanding of the term :"customer relationship"
