Can I get a ready made database for typical small business needs?
Can you answer wild_eep's question about CRM?:
What I'd like it to do is:
- Quality management
- Customer relationship management
- Asset management
that kind of stuff. We currently use a bunch of unlinked spreadsheets, MS Outlook, etc. It's very messy.

use a program called Maximizer - I used to use it and it was the bomb!
