You need also all staff support to subscribe to that. Top management support to an internal communication strategy or a risk management programme is another option.

In my project management experience, anything that a company want to implement have to get the buy in/ blessing from top management or it will not work.

The driver have to come from the top, in this case probably marketing director. He/ she need to define what sort of information that he/ she wants to see.
