When your computer screen displays the callers name as an incoming call is received, what is that service?
Can you answer Hemsty's question about CRM?:
I believe this could be linked to a Customer Relationship Management System so the Customer Care officer who is receiving the call can immediately see information about the caller.

Caller ID service and some dial-up ISPs provide this service either for free or as part of advanced services.
