i'm currently doing a marketing assignment. what can i recommend to dove to improve their sales and customer relationship management.
what kinda of ideas that i can give to the company to promote and improve the products, or what kinda of product they can come up with to attrack loyal customers of other product to change to their product.

i have plenty of ideas but how much you gonna pay me for this?
you can launch a campaign called "Dove It Yourself" on the company's website and may be attach a flier to each of dove products at key chains and hyper markets to promote that campaign.
The main goal of the campaign is something like, Help us create the best product for u or design your own Dove product. And you can mention a prize for the one who come up with the best idea.
Then you can collect the data and choose the best one.
