What is a good web based CRM product for a small business?
Can you answer declan12's question about CRM?:
A friend is currently using ACT, and is looking for a way to share the act database between multiple locations. I think a web based solution is the way to go for their small business. Are there any web based CRM solutions out there?

Other CRM is CiviCRM based on Drupal CMS. but it's still new and beta. many bug when the first beta edition installation.
Look at Salesforce.com
You might want to look at absoluteBUSY web CRM. It is simple and one of the fastest web based products. It is not free, but pretty cheap and runs on any webserver with PHP and MySQL. Free evaluation versions are available. There is also a LIVE demo on the website.
