Looking for inexpensive CRM that is good for both sales and support?

Small IT company looking for a CRM to generate trouble tickets and to manage accounts and sales leads. Does anyone know of anything good. We loved Kayako, but we can manage our accounts and leads. =(

there are many customer relationship management (CRM) software in the market. you have to go and look for the ones that would fit perfectly to your needs. that means that you have to try each one out to know how good they are. check this site:
