I want to know how valuable is the work experience of SAS/SAP/CRM ? Is it considered tp be a very good thing and valued in companies ?
I am a fresher and getting a job in the company that will teach me one of these.

If you are a fresher then there is no scope at all. Companies are just cheating people by taking excessive amounts as fee. If you read this article, you will definitely get insight on this.
There are better things to lean for an IT job.
